Since this station has a very established audience newcomers with song suggestions that aren't acceptable should be voted on first. There are many artists from the last several decades that are already aired on this station. While other artists have songs that might 'fit in' not all of their music would be appropriate here. For example, Jim Croce had several songs that would be O.K. here but he also had several that would not. Rather than make the radio hosts here guess which songs to preview people should be required to list both artist and song. A time could be set aside during the week to preview songs for the general audience and then they could vote whether or not to add them to the regular programming.

It would be nice to see what is on the air. The artist and the song and maybe the year released and how high it was on the charts.
